KOTA SAMARAHAN: A lorry and several motorcycles were destroyed in a fire at Taman Tiya Vista today (March 30).
A spokesperson from the Sarawak Fire Department operations centre said it received a distress call around 12.10pm and despatched firemen from Kota Samarahan and Tabuan Jaya to the scene.
When the firemen arrived, the fire had destroyed a lorry, several motorcycles and a pile of plastic pallets in a sheltered parking lot.
No casualties were reported during the incident and the cause of the fire is still under investigations.
