KUCHING: An operation organised by National Anti-Drug Agency (AADK) Sarawak alongside AADK Kuching on March 29 saw 16 suspects being nabbed during a road blockade together with Road Transport Department (JPJ) Sarawak.

The blockade which was held at Jalan Padang Merdeka, Kuching apprehended 13 who were found positive for methamphetamine, two Cannabis positive and one positive for Ketamine.

Suspects caught were aged between 19 and 39 years old. Other departments involved during the blockade were the Immigration Department and the state’s Natural Resources and Environmental Board (NREB).
