A total of 179 out of 188 residential lots have been allocated as part of the Kampung Spinang and Kampung Semarang village expansion scheme (SPK).
Assistant Minister of Urban Planning, Land Administration and Environment Datuk Len Talif Salleh said the remaining residential lots will be distributed when the need arises.
“For Kampung Beladin, Pusa, and Kampung Kalok, implementation for the SPK has been suggested under the 12th Malaysia Plan (12MP).
“Whereas for Tambak, it will be suggested under the half term review of 12MP when the need comes,” he told.
Len Talif said this in response to Razaili Gapor (PBB-Beting Maro) yesterday (Nov 9).
He also said residents who have been allocated a residential lot under the SPK will be able to apply for the Rumah Spektra Permata (Spektra) affordable housing programme.
