KUCHING: The mandatory 14-day quarantine is over for 183 persons, and they have checked out from Pullman Hotel, one of the designated quarantine centres in the city.
Kuching District Civil Defence Force (APM) said all necessary procedures to indicate the end of their quarantine had been settled and that all Sarawak Disaster Management Committee (SDMC) requirements were fulfilled.
“Everything was done in collaboration with Ministry of Health (MoH) and Kuching APM, along with additional help from the Royal Malaysian Police, People’s Volunteer Corps and Pullman Hotel,” Kuching APM said in a statement today.
Kuching APM also advised the public, including those undergoing quarantine, to continue adhering to standard operating procedure (SOP) guidelines set by SDMC.
