JULAU: A total of 1932 people here recently received the 1Malaysia People’s Aid (BR1M).
Member of Parliament for Julau, Datuk Joseph Salang Gandum handed over the BR1M vouchers to the recipients at a function held at the Julau Community Hall.
Speaking at the function, Salang advised all the recipients to use the assistance wisely.
He also urged them to open bank accounts to facilitate the distribution of the BR1M.
Salang also attended a similar function held at Pakan Community Hall on the same day.
