ASAJAYA:   200 participants attended the “First Love Yourself” motivation programme organised by   Kelab Remaja Ikatan Muslimin Malaysia (KRIM) Samarahan branch held at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Hajjah Laila Taib here recently.

Among the activities held  was a motivation talk  delivered by the Head of Wanita Ikatan Muslimin Malaysia (Isma) Samarahan Branch, Dr. Asmah Esa.

According to her, teenagers need to know ways to avoid falling into  immoral activities  and how to choose good friends.

“I strongly encourage such programmes because they help to expose the dangers of free relationships among the different sexes that are often seen, especially among  students,” said the counselling teacher of SMK Hajjah Laila Taib, Md Zubir Md Yusof in his speech.

In the meantime, a participant, Noor Syazwanita Shyariff Maulanna said she was delighted to participate in the programme and had gained a lot of knowledge about dressing up and socialisng as a Muslim.
