KUCHING: 22 foreign women and four men were rounded up by the police during ‘Ops Noda’ last Sunday night.
State Criminal Investigation Department (CID) chief, SAC Dato’ Dev Kumar Sree Shunmugam in a statement here said the 26 suspects were picked up from five massage parlours in Kuching, Batu Kawa and Padawan.
“Of the 26 individuals aged between 20 and 38 years, four of them are caretakers.
“Besides the arrests, the police also confiscated various items related to sexual activities,” he said.
Dev Kumar said those arrested were detained for further investigation.
