KUCHING: A man robbed a 24-hour shop at Jalan Tun Abang Haji Openg here at 3am yesterday.
In his police report, the cashier said a man armed with a piece of wood entered the shop and pointed the pieced of wood at him and ordered the cashier to give him all the money inside the teller machine.
Fearing for his safety, the cashier handed over all the money inside the tell machine amounting to RM750 to robber.
The man then immediately fled away.
CCTV footage showed that the robber was wearing a baseball cap and dark coloured clothes. Police are investigating.
