3 RRD, JBPM join forces in evacuating flood victims

STAPANG: The Third Battalion of the Royal Renjer Regiment (3 RRD) and Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia (JBPM) have provided assistance to the flood victims on Thursday.

The continuous rainfall has caused the water level in the area to rise and the residents had to be evacuated to the Selangau Multipurpose Hall.

A total of 65 flood victims have been evacuated to the flood relief centre. 3 RRD and JBPM have arranged for their members and assets to provide assistance in relocating the flood victims in Stapang.
