MIRI: Forty participants of a two-day basic aerobics course held here are now certified aerobics instructors.
They received their certificates on Friday evening at Marina Cocoa Cabana during the closing ceremony of the course, which were presented by Miri District officer Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusuf representing Telang Usan assemblyman Dennis Ngau.
Aziz in his opening remarks has emphasised on the crucial of the course that they have attended because it help equip them with knowledge on fitness in order to become a reliable instructors.
