In his speech, Hata commended the graduates for their perseverance and hard work, which had culminated in their success.

“But remember, graduates, graduation is just the beginning.

“With the knowledge you have gained, you will now start building a new life, giving true meaning to the degree you hold today,” he said.

He pointed out the importance of education in navigating the challenges of the modern world, highlighting its role in shaping a holistic future.

“I am proud to see that our graduates are not only excellent in academics but also embody leadership qualities and noble values, which will be invaluable assets to UNIMAS and the society at large,” he added.

Hata also pointed out that the graduates did not achieve their success alone but they were supported by the sacrifices and prayers of parents and guardians, as well as the dedication of lecturers and the UNIMAS community.

“To graduates from the OKU (persons with disabilities) group, you are an inspiration to all of us, proving that no challenge is insurmountable when faced with strong determination and genuine support.

“May you always cherish and honour these sacrifices and strive to repay them with success and service to the community.

“When you step out of UNIMAS, carry this spirit of compassion and sacrifice with you. Let the inspiration from your parents, guardians, lecturers, and friends guide you in making a positive impact on others,”  Hata added.
