MIRI: Junior Chamber International Miri (JCI Miri) held its fifth general membership meeting recently.
The meeting was attended by about 50 members, including the past president, current president, directors, and others.
In his statement, president Nicholas Toh stated that 63 new members were recruited this year.
“This is a very proud figure that is inextricably linked to the directors’ efforts,” he said.
Toh added that JCI Miri would continue to execute the principle of leading young people to advance, giving young people the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities, cultivating batch after batch of young and potential young people for society, and being their strongest backer.
He also encouraged more like-minded young people to join JCI Miri, connect with one another, and broaden their circle of acquaintances.
