IPOH: A fisherman was yesterday charged in the Sessions Court with 22 counts of molesting, raping and filming his stepdaughter in the nude since April 2016.
However, the 36-year-old man wearing an orange T-shirt only pleaded guilty to six of the charges and claimed trial to another 16 after all charges were read out before Judge Norashima Khalid.
The accused pleaded guilty to five counts of violent crime with the intention of molesting and one count of recording a video of the girl while she was dressing using a mobile phone.
