Kpg Pusa hall to be completed on schedule
PUSA: The Land Custody and Development Authority (LCDA) has assured Kampung Pusa folk that the construction of their community hall will be completed on schedule.
The project site supervisor told this to the reporters when asked to comment on complaints by locals who were concerned that there were no signs of construction work being carried out by the contractor.
According to him, at the moment, they are still preparing molds and mounds before sand is brought into the project site using a pump.
“In addition, the contractor is also doing steel fabrication work (in the factory) while waiting for the concrete site structure to be ready.
“On the other hand, the project consultant is still figuring out the right way to deal with the soft ground,” he explained.
The Kampung Pusa Community Hall is expected to be ready on Nov 24 this year.
