MIRI: Local entrepreneurs have been urged to use the latest technology to market their products.
International Trade and Industry, Industry Terminal and Entrepreneur Development Assistant Minister Datuk Malcom Mussen Lamoh made the call when speaking at the National Institute of Entrepreneurship (Insken) Business Outreach (IBO) 2020 here yesterday.
Entrepreneurs, he added, must also take note of the latest trends in the market.
Malcom praised Insken for hosting the outreach programme here. He said it would help boost entrepreneurs’ technical skills in promoting and marketing their products efficiently.
‘Strategi Lonjakan Jualan Melalui Urus Data Pelanggan’ (Sales Growth Strategies through Customer Data Management) was chosen as the theme for yesterday’s programme to provide valuable insights on how sales data could help entrepreneurs.
Also present was Insken chief executive officer Muhd Firdaus Azharuddin.
A total of 300 people took part in the one-day programme.
