SERIAN: The Serian League-Lea Sports Centre 2017 started on last weekend with 10 teams competing for the title.
The teams are divided into two groups – Group A comprises Buserec 23, KRM Junior, Young Marr, Taee Union and
MSS PSKPP Serian while Group B consists of Ting FC, Semeran FC, KMS, Marr SC and Serian Project Team.
The organising chairman, Phillip Jabu said the matches will be held every weekend.
“The matches are being played every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) with two matches each day,” said Phillip.
The opening ceremony was held on last weekend at the Serian Sports Complex and officiated by Bukit Semuja Assemblyman, John Anak Ilus.
In the opening match between Buserec 23 and KRM Junior (Group A), Buserec 23 won 4-0.
