KUCHING: RHB Banking Group (RHB) has confirmed that two of its employees, both from RHB Islamic Bank Jalan Satok Branch here, have tested positive for Covid-19.
Both employees had been placed under home quarantine since March 18 and March 23 respectively.
The affected branch has been temporarily closed from March 23 until the end of the movement control order (MCO) period to facilitate deep cleaning and sanitisation procedures, which have been carried out in accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines.
As an added precaution, all RHB employees from the affected branch have been placed under 14 days of home quarantine since March 23.
“Rest assured that we have taken all necessary precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our customers, employees, and the community,” read a statement from RHB yesterday.
