KUCHING: The Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority (Fama) of Sarawak is doing its part to help in the battle against Covid-19 in the state.
As such, Fama Sarawak yesterday delivered local fruits to frontliners on duty as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme.
The donation was presented to frontline workers of Sarawak General Hospital (SGH), Ministry of Youth and Sports Covid-19 screening centre, and Sarawak Contingent Police headquarters.
It was made known that the donations were presented by Fama Sarawak deputy state director Abdul Jaafar Lian.
The local fruits were also given as part of Fama’s campaign to increase local fruit and vegetable consumptions to strengthen the immune system.
