200 partake in Bank Rakyat’s special events

BINTULU: Some 200 participants accompanied by parents took part in PecahTabung and Peraduan Mewarna Bank Rakyat 2017 programme for the third consecutive year which took place simultaneously at 17 locations nationwide and here it was held at the vibrant Naim Paragon Street Mall over the weekend.

In its media statement, through the programme, students who brought the highest amount of savings in their coin boxes were rewarded with Nuri savings Account vouchers worth RM1000,RM500, RM400, RM300 and RM200 while schools with the highest number of participants were rewarded with a RM1000 voucher. 

SK Kpg Baru Bintulu was winner in the highest amount of savings and also with the highest number of participants.

In the Nuri colouring competition the best 10 contestants won were to get the NuriSaving-I Account vouchers amounting to RM100. There were two categories – one for 7 to 9 years old and the other for children between the ages of 10 to 12.

For the 7 to 9 years, the best 10 were Nge Hui Shin, Dyg Nur Darwisya Awg Effendi, Asma Adlina Najihah, Joseph Wun Ain Hao, Law King Xii, Marcella Clarissa, Batrisya MurnaIswandi, Fellicia Clarisa, Nurdamia Felisha and Nur Arissa Qistina.

Meanwhile for the ages of 10-12 years, the best 10 were Azib Baqir, Kevin Tang SiokKhai, Liew Zhou Tong, Tiffany Kong HuiXin, Hii Ung Jing, Tim Humility Smith, Nurul Fatihah Jeffry, Mohd Haziq Muhd Haffizzi, Mohd Najib Sarkawi and Anantojo Mendan Roselina.

The Bank Branch Executive, Norinor Ali said, in addition to the PecahTabung and Peraduan Mewarna Bank Rakyat 2017 programme the bank recently introduced its kempenemas 1 kilo which starts from 1^st August 2017 to 31st July 2018 and offers a lot of attractive prizes worth almost RM500,000.

Bank Rakyat is also currently active in promoting Takaful Amani an affordable promotion scheme that offers 24-hour protection domestically and abroad.

Among those present were representative Bintulu District Education Officer, Dr Hamidah Mahmud and Naim Land Sdn Bhd (Marcom Division), Kho Hui Lian, heads of departments and community leaders.
