KUALA LUMPUR: Platform Apps Sdn Bhd, the developer of MyCar, Malaysia’s second biggest mobile e-hailing service, said the mobile application (app) would be enhanced to offer four exclusive essential services.
In a statement today, the company said in addition to the e-hailing service, the MyCar Super App would offer halal food and beverage delivery, parcel delivery as well as on-demand grocery shopping and delivery services.
“Customers may select any of these services from its user- and pocket-friendly interface,” it said.
Platform Apps said the enhanced app would also include additional features such as collectible points for a great reward system as well as an enhanced security system for online payments, selection of more than two destinations under one trip and a 24-hour customer service.
“With the simplicity of essential services housed under one application, MyCar Super App is the perfect complement for one’s daily needs, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic.
“Additionally, the MyCar Super App is expected to stimulate national economic growth by providing employment opportunities post-movement control order,” it added. – Bernama
