SARIKEI: Repok assemblyman Datuk Seri Huang Tiong Sii always gives priority to development of education in his constituency.
Huang is committed to helping all schools in the constituency to have the much-needed conducive teaching and learning environment.
During his visit to SJKC Sing Ming here today (August 22), Huang allocated a total of RM53,000 under his rural transformation project (RTP), for the school to upgrade its facilities.
Apart from that, the school earlier also received an allocation amounting to RM201,400 under the RTP to build new basketball court.
Meanwhile, the school management board expressed their gratefulness to Huang, who always strives to apply allocations for the development of schools in Sarikei.
