KUCHING: The flying doctor service (FDS), which commenced Monday (Sept 21), for Kuching, Samarahan, Miri, Bintulu and Kapit divisions will be available until Sept 25.
According to a statement by the State Health Department issued on Monday (Sept 21), the service for Sri Aman, Sarikei, Miri, Limbang and Kapit divisions will be conducted if weather conditions permit.
In Kuching, the FDS team will visit Kampung Sapit and Kampung Rejol Nyegol Tuesday (Sept 22), Kampung Kiding (Wednesday — Sept 23), and Kampung Muk Ayun and Kampung Bojong Sting (Sept 24).
On Monday (Sept 21), the team had visited Muding in Samarahan.
In Miri, the team visited Long Palai today (Sept 21), and will be available at Ba’ Itam tomorrow (Sept 22).
In Kapit, the team made its stop at Long Jawe and Long Kebuno/Naha Jalei on Monday (Sept 21), and will be visiting Sang Anau tomorrow (Sept 22), Long Kajang and Long Abit (Wednesday — Sept 23), Punan Busang and Lusong Laku (Sept 24), and Long Tanyit (Sept 25).
For Bintulu, the service will be made available at Rh Drick, Jelalong, Tubau and Rh Jerangku, Tubau on Wednesday (Sept 23); Rh Bakut, Ulu Kakus and Long Biyak, Ulu Kakus (Sept 24); and Rh Unang, Sigu and Rh Imban, Sigu (Sept 25).
