MIRI: A power line technician worker got injured when he fell from the top of a utility pole.
He reportedly fell all the way to the ground in the incident site nearby Simpang Sepupok, Niah on Saturday (Sept 26).
According to sources, the incident occurred after the pole broke suddenly that afternoon.
Prior to this incident, the victim had gone up to the top of the utility pole using the bucket truck as the platform before the pole suddenly broke.
The wounded worker was rushed to Miri Hospital for medical treatment.
