SIMANGGANG: Community Wellbeing Assistant Minister cum Simanggang assemblyman Datuk Francis Harden Hollis on Wednesday (Nov 18) visited Sri Aman Resident, Indit Bangai, to get updates on current developments.
His second visit was to the Land and Survey Superintendent, Doris Synia, to discuss the status of land involved in development, especially on land perimeter survey under Section 6 and 18 of National Land Code.
Harden explained his visits were not to garner public support because of the coming state election.
“The Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) government is very effective in managing development in the areas represented by its members, but there are opposition members who claim there is no development.
“They are political hypocrites who divide people, especially those living in the interior,” he said in a statement.
