KOTA SAMARAHAN: Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) , Sarawak, emerged champion of the ‘Kembara Inovasi (Inno-Youth)’ programme through their team called UiTM All Black.
The flag-off for the event, which was held at Wisma Sultan Iskandar early on Tuesday, saw 23 teams participating.
Speaking during the prize giving ceremony at INTAN Wilayah Sarawak here later, Sarawak Federal Secretary , Dato Mansor Man, said one of the main advantages that Sarawak has is the good partnership between the federal and state governments.
“I see it getting better and stronger each day, along wi th the national integration efforts, where by, federal officers come here and state of f i cer s work in Peninsular Malaysia,” he said.
When asked about disciplinary problems among civil servants, Mansor said that it isn’t at a serious level. “There is no disciplinary problem that is too serious, especially with the ICT era.
“This is because complaints can be channeled directly in real-time to the relevant sides so that action can be taken,” he said.
