KUCHING: Perodua authorised sales dealer, Body and Paint Erazoom Parts and Service Centre Sdn Bhd, which just opened for business, will be the first in this city to offer their customers body repairs and paint (B&P) services of vehicles.
This means that the service centre will specialise in providing facilities such as heavy repair works as well as paint services for Perodua vehicles involved in accidents.
Body and Paint Erazoom Parts and Service Centre Sdn Bhd managing director Farizsalleh Mohd Ali said his service centre is the first dealer in Kuching to have a dealership for B&P under Perodua.
“This company will do all the vehicle accident repairs and those who want to spray their car can also send their cars here,” he told reporters when met after the launching of the service centre at Lot 798, Blok 7, Jalan Bako, Demak Laut Industrial Park today.
He said besides offering the above mentioned services, the company also covers vehicle servicing as well as insurance and road tax renewal for its customers.
“With this B&P service, we want to make sure that our customers are taken care of fully.
“We want them to have a peace of mind when they send their vehicles to Perodua,” he said.
He said this is to ensure that there is no incident of short fall or hidden cost being charged to the customers.
“Here, we make sure all our customers are covered, and most importantly is that the customers are happy with the services we offer,” he said.
He added besides Kuching, another Perodua dealer in Sibu that is under Ngu Chung Beng and Sons Corporation Sdn Bhd Sibu which also offers the B&P services.
Also present at the launched were Ngu Chung Beng and Sons Corporation Sdn Bhd Sibu director director Datuk Seri Peter Ngu Ung Yong, Body and Paint Erazoom Parts and Service Centre Sdn Bhd directors Jaliha Mohd Nor and Malinda Ahmad Mulana.
