PUSA: The Sungai Rimbas Bridge which is 99 per cent completed is built at a cost of RM47 million, said Assistant Minister of Coastal Road Datuk Julaihi Narawi.
“The bridge will make it easier for the villagers of Kampung Pusa to move about,” he said during a visit to the site of the bridge here yesterday. “The design is unique because when we are on one side of the bridge, we cannot see the other as the middle part of it is very high.
“The structure design is adjusted according to the soil and space conditions of the area,” he said. Accompanying the assistant minister were Beting Maro Assemblyman Razaili Gapor and JKR Sarawak Head of Project Ir Tang Chok King.
