KUCHING: The Department of Immigration Malaysia Sarawak has suspended all its Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) based counter services throughout the state under the conditional movement control order (CMCO) zone.
The counters located at UTC Kuching, UTC Sibu and UTC Miri will not be operating during the of CMCO period starting from today until to Jan 26.
This is following the implementation of movement control order (MCO), CMCO and recovery movement control order (RMCO) nationwide.
Meanwhile, other immigration offices will operate as usual. Matters involving transactions must be done via the online appointment system or Sistem Temujanji Online (STO), accessible at URL link https://sto.imi.gov.my.
