KUCHING: Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Sarawak’s Academic and International Affairs Division held an Academic Mission programme online, through its official Facebook page, on Monday at its campus in Samarahan.
The main objective of the programme was to announce the opening of applications to UiTM, focusing on the use of the Central University Unit (UPU) as a platform to apply for placement and also to reveal some general conditions of applications.
In addition, the academic mission included sharing sessions on five diploma programmes offered at UiTM Sarawak, namely Diploma in Arts and Design, Diploma in Fine Arts, Diploma in Sports Studies, Diploma in Industrial Chemistry, and Diploma in Food Technology.
Present during the programme were Deputy Rector of Academic and International Affairs Prof Dr Firdaus Abdullah, assistant academic registrar Mohd Noor Asyraff Hamdi, Academic Mission coordinator and host Fareiny Morni and several presenters from each faculty.
