KUCHING: The Training and Examination Unit under the Management Services and Human Resources division of Sarawak Forestry Department has conducted a “Building Resilient Team Course” programme.

The course which ran for 3 days and 2 nights at Damai Beach Hotel was participated by 40 officers and its staff members which included several new officers from Sarawak Forestry Corporation (SFC) who were stationed with the department.

In his inaugural speech on Monday, Datuk Hamden Mohammad, who is the Director of Forests Sarawak stated that this programme is planned to be implemented in regional forest offices throughout Sarawak to further enhance teamwork.

He also hoped that such courses could further improve staff performance and propel excellence among its staff members.

The course which aims to foster mutual compatibility among staff and nurture the spirit of teamwork featured Mohamad Ariff Azahari as a guest speaker.
