SARATOK: 37 sepak takraw coaches statewide passed the level one of a national sepak takraw coaching course held at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Agama Saratok and Sepak Takraw Cour t in Kampung Melango, here, recently.
The f ive-day course was described as a platform for producing talented and skilled trainers further improving the standard of sepak talraw in the state.
The course was organised by Betong Sepak Takraw Association (PESTAB) in collaboration with Sarawak Sepak Takraw Association (PSS), the Malaysian Sepak Takraw Association (PSM) and the National Sports Institute (ISN).
PESTAB President Datuk Paruwadi Musa, PSS Deputy President Dato Ismail Abg. Saufi and PSS Secretary Hasweera Hassan were among thos e present at the closing of the course.
