BETONG: Jennifer Lendai Kundat who is governance, administration and quality manager of Sarawak Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation Authority (Salcra) has been appointed as a member of the advisory committee — Women Community Leaders for Betong Community College for two years effective today until 30 Nov 2022.
Director Andrew Douglas Gudam when handed over the appointment letter to Jennifer expressed his gratitude for her involvement.
“We really hope that she can help especially the women’s community in the Betong Division while sharing ideas in empowering women in the field of entrepreneurship,” he said here on Wednesday (April 14).
While paying a courtesy call on Jennifer in Samarahan recently, Andrew along with his officers also held a brief discussion session.
He added that it is related to the study programmes offered at Betong Community College, short courses throughout 2021 and community service programmes that will be carried out to empower the local community.
Also present were Industry Relations Officer and Alumni Nurhafeezha Ali, Student Development Officer Amalina Mahirah Junani and MQA Coordinating Officer Mallinder Maoh.
