The Dean of St Thoma s ’ Cathedral, the Very Revd Michael Buma Galami, said all are most welcome to spend Christmas at the Cathedral to reflect on the true meaning of this holy festival. “While we have been busily preparing for Christmas, celebrating with family and friends, let us never forget that Jesus is why we celebrate the season.
It is so important for us to come together in worship, to help us focus on what the angel of the Lord announced in Luke 2:10-11, ‘I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Saviour has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.’
“Do join us to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, by worshipping and giving him all the glory. Let us truly commit ourselves to Him this Christmas,” said Michael. St Thomas’ Cathedral is located at Jalan McDougall, facing Padang Merdeka. For more information, call the Parish Office on 082-242625 or 082-230376.
