SARIKEI: Repok assemblyman Datuk Seri Huang Tiong Sii contributed food aid to longhouses in the Sarikei district on Saturday (Sept 25).
The food aid benefited the residents of Rumah Panjang Regina and Rumah Panjang Endawie that are currently under the enhanced movement control order (EMCO).
Rumah Panjang Regina was placed under the EMCO from Sept 24 until Oct 3 while Rumah Panjang Endawie was under the EMCO starting on Sept 25 (Saturday) until Oct 4.
The assemblyman was represented by Kapitan Ling Dien Yong during the delivery of the food aid.
