MIRI: A man believed to be a drug addict was arrested after he was found to be in possession of an air rifle in a raid at a house in Kampung Nelayan, Kuala Sungai Bakam in Miri on Wednesday afternoon.
The 37-year-old guy was arrested by a team of police personnel from Miri’s Marine Patrol Unit (URM) at about 2.30pm.

“Initial investigation found that the suspect has also been previously arrested for engaging in drug activities,” he said.
He said the suspect was now detained at the Miri Central Police Station’s lock-up for further investigation.
