KUCHING: Head of State Tun Pehin Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud and his wife, Toh Puan Raghad Kurdi Taib arrived at the Horbill Skyways Hanger here yesterday.
His Excellency and his wife were back from performing an Umrah which began last March 15. They were accompanied by Assistant Minister of e-Commerce and Small and Medium Industry Entrepreneurs, Datuk Mohd Naroden Majais.
On hand to welcome them were Deputy Chief Minister Tan Sri Datuk Amar Dr James Jemut Masing and Imam Besar Sarawak, Ustaz Mustapha Kamal Ahmad Fauzi.
Also at the airport for the home coming were Minister of e-Commerce and International Trade, Dato Sri Wong Soon Koh, Assistant Minister of Transport, Datuk Jerip Susil, State Mufti
Sahibus Samahah Datu Kipli Yassin and Sarawak Islamic Council President, Datu Misnu Taha.
