KUCHING: The opening of a new Siti Khadijah Boutique branch can be seen as a source of inspiration to entrepreneurs wanting to start their own business, especially female entrepreneurs and housewives.
The Chief Minister’s wife, Datin Patinggi Dato Juma’ani Tun Tuanku Bujang said this during the official launching of Siti Khadijah (SK) Boutique at Majma Mall here yesterday evening.
“It’s not impossible that one day you can have a successful business. What’s important is that if you want to succeed, you must never give up and keep working hard no matter what,” she added, in a speech read by wife of Deputy Chief Minister, Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan, Datuk Dayang Morliah Datuk Awang Daud.
Earlier, Marketing Director of SK, Mohammad Munzir Aminuddin also shared the experiences and challenges faced by his mother, the founder of KL, Padzilah, who started the business with 200 telekung (prayer veil).
“Siti Khadijah aims to not only bring forward the SK brand to the eyes of the world, but to also serve as a source of inspiration to anyone and everyone, but especially women who are interested in venturing into business,” added Munzir.
In conjunction with the official launch, SK is offering exclusive promotions like special gifts for the first 100 customers, discounts up to 15 percent and lucky draws for SK products from April 6 to 8.
