KUCHING: Satok assemblyman Datuk Ibrahim Baki expressed his gratitude for the unwavering support of Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu’s (PBB) machinery in ensuring his state election victory.
To celebrate his victory, the PBB Muda Hashim B sub-branch held a thanksgiving ceremony at a hotel here on Sunday (Jan 23).
The ceremony began with a prayer of thanksgiving led by Penghulu Karim Abang followed by a speech by the sub-branch head Zainal Abidin Abdillah.
In the 12th state election, PBB retained the Satok seat through Ibrahim with a 6,033-vote majority.
