LUBOK ANTU: A teenager from Kampung Melayu here is seeking public help to locate her biological father who is needed as a guardian for her impending marriage.
Nur Ain, 15, wants to marry Kelvin anak Geoffery, 17, and needs her father, Darus bin Sapar, 47, as a guardian.
She said her family’s last contact with her father was on February 15 this year.
“His last known address was Kampung Batong, Jalan Punang in Lawas. I need him to contact me urgently at tel no: 016-2104425,” said Nur Ain, adding that her father was a grass cutter.
She also urged members of the public who were aware of her father’s whereabout to inform him that she was looking for him.
Nur Ain now lives with her mother, Rosmah binti Suhaili, 48, at Lot 651, Kampung Melayu, Lubok Antu, The date of her wedding will be determined by Majlis Agama Islam later on.
