KUCHING: Julau MP Larry Sng has tested positive for Covid-19 and is experiencing mild symptoms.
“Finally caught Covid-19. Will be quarantined for the next week until I get the all-clear,” he said in his Facebook post today.
When contacted, Sng told New Sarawak Tribune that he was in Kuala Lumpur earlier to attend the First Meeting of the Fifth Session of the 14th Parliament session.
“I was supposed to fly back to Sarawak today (March 4), but I developed symptoms last night.
“I had a sore throat, runny nose, blocked nose, and felt tired. So, to be sure, I took the self-test and it was positive.”
Sng also urged everyone to stay safe and look after their health.
