BINTULU: A teenage worker at a supermarket at Jalan Tun Hussein Onn was crushed to death by a plunging cargo lift on Monday (April 11) evening.
A spokesperson for the Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department operations centre said they received a distress call at 5.20pm and despatched a team to the scene.
Andrew Munding Kuling, 18, was pronounced dead at the scene by a medical team.
Firemen had to extricate the victim.
