MIRI: Four persons, including a woman, were detained by narcotics police in two separate raids here, on Monday.
Miri police chief ACP Alexson Naga Chabu said ganja (cannabis) weighing 1,000 gm worth RM2,500, a Perodua MyVi valued RM 45,000, and a bracelet valued RM8,864 were seized from the suspects.

The police chief said the raids were carried out between 1pm and 3.15pm.
Urine tests on the suspects came out to be positive for tetrahydrocannabinol (a principal psychoactive constituent of cannabis).
They are being remanded for seven days.
The case is being investigated under Section 39B and Section 15(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.
