SIBU: Lions Club of Sibu Pahlawan is all set for its upcoming 24th installation cum fund raising banquet at Kingwood Hotel Regalia Ballroom on July 30 at 6.30pm.
According to the Club’s president Dr David Ling Sien Ngan, Lions District 308-A2 Governor Kapitan Connie Loh Ming Hua will be the guest of honour for the prestigious event.
He said special guests including Lions District Governor from Manila 301-A4 Marc Alain Ong, 1st Vice District Governor Morrys Ang, Immediate Past District Governor Anson Ong as well other Lions members from the Philippines will also fly to Sibu to attend the auspicious occasion.
Lions members from sisterhood clubs in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak will also converge for the event, Dr Ling said, adding the event’s organising committee had been specially formed to ensure its success.
