KUCHING: There were no deaths reported in the state during the two epidemic weeks, namely week 43 and 44 respectively.
According to the Sarawak Disaster Management Committee (SDMC) press release here yesterday, Kuching still recorded the highest number of cases which were respectively 171 during week 43 and 192 cases during week 44.
Miri recorded 50 cases (week 43) and 52 cases (week 44); Sibu with 49 cases (week 43) and 55 ( week 44); Bintulu with 26 cases (week 43) and 31 cases ( week 44) while Samarahan recorded 13 cases (week 43) and 22 cases in week 44.
