KUCHING: Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) Stampin candidate Lo Khere Chiang arrived at SK Garland Batu Kawah at 9.40 am today to cast his vote.
Wearing a white shirt, and accompanied his mum, Tan Say Moi, 82, he greeted the Election Commission workers and voters before heading to the voting room.
He completed the voting process at 10.04 am.
SK Garland is one of the voting stations in Stampin.
Lo is involved in a three-way fight between Democratic Action Party (DAP) candidate Chong Cheng Jen and Parti Sarawak Bersatu’s (PSB) Lue Cheng Hing.
As many as 5,328 registered voter cast their votes at SK Garland this morning.
Also present was Kota Sentosa assemblyman Wilfred Yap Yau Sin.
