BETONG: A 77-year-old man suffered injuries when his vehicle collided with a four-wheel drive (4WD) at Jalan Pan Borneo, Sri Aman this morning (Dec 20).
According to the Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department operations centre, the injured man was rushed to Betong Hospital for further treatment.
It is learnt that the two-vehicle crash involved the victim’s Perodua Viva and a couple’s 4WD. The couple escaped unscathed.
Firemen from the Betong Fire Station led by PBK I Henry Jugah rushed to the scene upon being alerted about the collision at 9.39am.
