MIRI: The road heading to the Miri Court Complex and several others will be temporarily closed while some would be diverted this Friday (January 13) for the Legal Year 2023 Procession.
The road closures will start from 7.30 am and is expected to end at 9.30 am.
This was disclosed by Miri police chief ACP Alexson Naga Chabu in a statement yesterday.
It said that the procession will start from Pullman Hotel Miri to Jalan Marina Utama heading to Jalan Bendahara and would go through Jalan Merbau and Jalan Sylvia to reach the Miri Court complex.
Road diversions would involve Ambank traffic light (to be diverted to Jalan Marina Utama); traffic light in front of Mega Hotel (diverted to Jalan Royal); Jalan North Yu Seng traffic light (diverted to Jalan Maju) ; and Jalan Sylvia to be diverted to Jalan Persekutuan.
