KUCHING: Kuching City FC will launch their new jerseys for the upcoming season at Waterfront Kuching on February 17.

Kuching City chief executive officer Iswandy Ali Hassan (pix) said they will introduce their players, including the new signings, during the launching event.

“As usual each and every season, the team will display two jerseys which are the home and the away jerseys.

“The launching ceremony of the new jerseys and the session to introduce our players for the upcoming 2023 Malaysia Super League will take place on February 17,” Iswandy told New Sarawak Tribune and its sister paper Arena Suara Sarawak.

Kuching City this season will be playing with seven foreign star players, two of which were retained from last season, namely Liberian forward Abu Kamara and Japanese midfielder Yuki Tanigawa.

In addition, Kuching City have signed five new foreign players, which are Burundian forward Sudi Abdallah, Uzbek midfielder Sirojiddin Kuziev, Serbian defender Mihailo Jovanovic, Brazilian defender Célio Santos and Filipino goalkeeper Julian Schwarzer.
