KUCHING: Pustaka Negeri Sarawak is organising several programmes and activities for the upcoming school holidays.
School students are welcome to participate in the programmes from Feb 18 to 26.
“The entry is free, and we encourage parents to register their children by visiting our social media,” the state library said in a press statement today (Feb 17).
Among the activities in store for the children are soap dough making, Makerspace Open Day (3D printing, 3D doodler, Cubico coding, mBot racing), Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) activities and chocolate making.
“The objectives of the school holiday activities and programmes are to cultivate the children’s hidden talents, empower their creative thinking skills and discover their cooking talents.
“The activities and programmes will also allow the children to enhance their self-confidence,” it added.
