KUCHING: Raia Hotel and Convention Centre Kuching will be offering a bigger Ramadan Buffet during the forthcoming fasting month.
Beginning March 24 until April 21, it will offer guests its ever popular and diverse buffet Berambeh Raia.
“There will be over 200 dishes served throughout the whole month of Ramadan,” said its general manager, Nassarudin Mohamed.
“All of the dishes are specifically prepared and curated by our very own highly-trained chefs,” he said, adding that this year’s buffet will be the largest buffet they have ever served.
He said this when interviewed by reporters during the Iftar Ramadan Preview at the hotel on Monday (March 6).
Among the highlighted menu items this year include Gulai Kawah, Sup Kawah Meletop. Roast Lamb and Kari Ikan Tengah. Guests can anticipate Periuk Tanah Balimewa with its main highlights Ayam Percik Kelantan, Sayur Labu dan Paku Masak Lemak, Paru Berlado, Sambal Sotong Terung Pipit and Sweet & Sour Prawn.
Available from 6pm to 10pm the buffet has a special early bird price of RM73.50 nett per adult until March 22 and will resumes its normal price of RM105 nett per adult and RM52.50 nett per child from March 23 onwards.
